1. Room was small

The hotel offered a well-resourced kitchenette which was really helpful for preparing light meals during our stay.

Unfortunately, soundproofing was poor. we were disturbed by noise from the hallway and the slamming of the front door, making it hard to relax during quieter hours.

The kitchenette was a lifesaver during our stay, even though the bed was slightly too soft for my taste. it was a nice little getaway!

Here’s the good and the not-so-good

The receptionist was friendly and helpful, making check-in enjoyable though the proximity to dining options was a huge plus!

Despite the cozy layout, noise from outside disrupted our sleep, making it tough to rest.

The Beautiful Suite had a well-equipped kitchenette and decent shower pressure, making it comfy for the whole family. Proximity to Hyde Park is a real win, providing easy access to green space in the city.

The fire alarm went off early one morning, throwing us off our sleep, and it continued to malfunction several times thereafter. The Standard Apartment had a noticeable smell of cleaner and some mould around the bathroom sink. The Family Studio was in the basement with a window overlooking a trash-filled patio, leading to poor soundproofing and disturbances from outside noise, especially from the pigeons starting their chorus at 4 am. The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool, and the cramped bathroom left little comfort during use.

Perfect location, excellent staff!

The location is outstanding, just a short walk from the Circle line and various food outlets, making excursions throughout the city straightforward. the apartment was misleadingly small and poorly maintained, with limited space making it uncomfortable for three adults. it took too long to resolve our issues with the room, and there was no timely response from management regarding our complaints. Local pastries nearby were a nice treat, but they couldn't compensate for the stay's overall unsatisfactory aspects.

The hotel's location is a major highlight. it's conveniently situated near two metro stations, making it easy to explore various attractions. it offers a cozy atmosphere with clean rooms and helpful staff. We appreciated having a kitchenette, providing us some flexibility during our stay.

The room is quite small, making it feel a bit cramped for our group.

Great place for fams! We had a Deluxe Suite with a kitchenette, double bed for the parents, and 3 single beds on the mezzanine floor for the kids. The shower was nice. Location near Hyde Park was a huge win. the room had AC, heating, and even a nice TV. Perfect for a quick getaway!

The staff provided exceptional assistance. They were accommodating, allowing us to store our bags after check-out, which was quite helpful. The room was meticulously maintained, a hygiene standard I appreciated immensely. the location was convenient for accessing local attractions, making our exploration easy and enjoyable.

Fine building and perfect location just a hop from the tube! My room was spacious and smelled good, making it a fab base for exploring nearby parks.

The walls are so thin I could have sworn I was eavesdropping on my neighbors’ date night. And don’t even get me started on the tiny bathroom-it's a real squeeze!
